We are excited to be searching for a Family Support Worker to join our exceptional team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Headteacher and all at Team Ernehale to develop ad deliver our vision.

We are actively seeking and excited to find a Family Support Worker who has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and ge tot he heart of each and every child in their care.

Children are helped to understand the importance of democracy, the rule of the law, freedom of speech and respect for others, through the curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

We are looking for someone who:

Your core duties will be:

Work with the Senior Leadership Team to provide family-centered support for children's learning.
Support school staff and provide signposting to services for families.
Promote positive learning behaviours in school.
Coordinate provision with the school's inclusion team.
Liaise with parents to support children's welfare and home-school liaison matters, while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
