As an Events Trainee, you will be working as part of our exciting direct sales team, representing well-known brands at various pop-up events, trade shows, and promotional booths. You’ll learn the ins and outs of event management, sales tactics, and customer engagement, with hands-on training provided by industry experts. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers at pop-up events to promote and sell products/services.
Assist in setting up and organizing events, including booth displays and promotional materials.
Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product information.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Assist with event logistics, including inventory management, restocking products, and maintaining booth cleanliness.
Collaborate with the event management team to optimize sales strategies and maximize customer engagement.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout the events.
