Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- A keen interest in sales and a desire to develop a career within this field.
