Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate at VNDR, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences while driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. This position offers an hourly wage with the potential for bonuses based on your sales performance, giving you the opportunity to earn more as you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
Sales Execution: Utilize advanced sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell VNDR’s products and services, maximizing sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently provide recommendations and solutions.
Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs focused on sales strategies and customer relations to enhance your skills and performance.
Fieldwork: Execute sales and service tasks in the field, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. A passion for learning and a strong desire to succeed are essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a knack for building rapport with customers.
Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn about sales techniques and customer relationship management.
