Job Summary

• Excellent level of customer service skills to enhance visitor confidence and experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency to ensure reports and data collation completed to required standard.
• Visitor, customer, and tenant enquiries
• Management of phone switchboard
• Gift card sales and queries (customers & tenants) – cash handling
• Operating Collect Plus service
• Assisting with Personal Shopper enquiries/bookings
• VSQ team card enquiries and distribution
• Lost property management & maintenance
• Mobility assistance for visitors – wheelchair access
• Maintenance of working environment with regards to clean Covid safe environment
• Brand Ambassador / Lift & Dome attendant duties
• Any other duties as required or requested by Supervisor

Contract: Temporary (November 2024 - January 2025)
Hours: 8- 20 hour per week
Rate of pay: £11.60 per hour
