- Excellent level of customer service skills to enhance visitor confidence and experience.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency to ensure reports and data collation completed to required standard.
- Visitor, customer, and tenant enquiries
- Management of phone switchboard
- Gift card sales and queries (customers & tenants) – cash handling
- Operating Collect Plus service
- Assisting with Personal Shopper enquiries/bookings
- VSQ team card enquiries and distribution
- Lost property management & maintenance
- Mobility assistance for visitors – wheelchair access
- Maintenance of working environment with regards to clean Covid safe environment
- Brand Ambassador / Lift & Dome attendant duties
- Any other duties as required or requested by Supervisor
Hours: 8- 20 hour per week
