We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn about our products, services, and sales processes.
- Assist customers in understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for up selling products or services that meet customer needs.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage calls professionally.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to up sell products or services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters positive relationships with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £24,233.00 per year
