We are looking to hire a Seasonal Support Customer Service Advisor to assist in delivering exceptional customer service from our Kukoon HQ in Carnbane, Newry, to our customers across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. The Role Our Customer Service Advisor (Temporary) will play a crucial role in creating delightful experiences and making sure every customer feels heard and valued! This role is all about connecting with customers, solving their problems, and making sure they walk away with a smile. A day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor:
You’ll be the friendly voice that customers turn to when they have questions. Whether they’re reaching out via phone, email, or chat! You will provide clear and helpful answers. It’s your chance to shine by showing off your knowledge about our gorgeous rugs!
Whether a customer is placing an order, or returning a product, you’ll be there to guide them through the process smoothly. Your goal is to make every transaction feel effortless and enjoyable.
When a customer has an issue, you’ll jump in to help! You’ll listen carefully, identify the problem, and find the best solution. And you won’t just stop there—you’ll follow up to ensure everything is resolved perfectly.
Work closely with the Operations Team, Logistics, Dispatch & Inventory to address any customer complaints and queries.
Working alongside our Sales Channel owners and Product development team, informing them of any trending quality or listing issues to action.
Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges & refunds.

1+ years work experience within a similar position.
A natural passion for developing, supporting others, and achieving results.
A genuine empathy and unrivalled ability to listen and comprehend varying queries.
Strong people skills, proficient computer skills, and excellent phone etiquette.
The ability to stay calm, organised, polite, and efficient under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude who demonstrates pride in their work and has the energy to match.
