This role is based full time on-site at Willerby, Hull.

This role is based full time on-site at Willerby, Hull.
Here’s why you’ll love this role…
- Delivery of customer focused service, driving through the principle of exceptional customer experience in all customer interactions
- Take ownership for every customer interaction through personal responsibility to see it through to a resolution
- Use your natural people skills to remain customer focused
- Manage escalated enquiries and complaints to maximize customer retention
- Support increase of customer satisfaction results and customer recommendations and reviews
- Delivery against key customer performance indicators to ensure customer interactions are managed to the required standards in a timely manner
- You have great experience in a customer experience role, ideally in the telecommunications industry
- You have a professional telephone manner
- Organised, high attention to detail and good time management
- Excellent people and communication skills
