- 33.6 hours per week - 4 on 4 off
Job Description
- Ensure Controllers are equipped and trained to deliver 24/7 Control Room services, including monitoring CCTV, radio, and alarm systems.
- Maintain regular system checks within the Incident Management Room (IMR) to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring operational readiness.
- Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary, providing coaching and training to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, including timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to Securitas Policies and Procedures.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure swift and accurate handling of alarms and provide proactive coaching for CCTV monitoring.

Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Driving Licence
- Able and willing to achieve DV Clearance
- 5 Year checkable education or employment history and supporting RTW documents
- 3 years experience
