Hire Desk Controller/ Trade Counter
Role: Hire Desk Controller/ Trade Counter
Location: Duncrue Street,Belfast,BT3 9AR
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

● Working hours are from 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 07.30 to 16.30 on Fridays’.
Key tasks include:
● A quick and effective response to customer enquiries.
● Answering calls, taking orders and organising deliveries.
● Negotiating hire rates, logging and then following up on quotations.
● Helping to manage a trade counter.
Criteria:
● Trade counter or sales experience is essential.
● Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
● Must be a good communicator and have the ability to build good relationships with customers.
● Must have the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
