What does Central Business Services (CBS) do?
CBS is Deloitte UK’s internal shared services organisation, responsible for IT, HR, Vendor Management, Service Management, Quality Risk and Security, Workplace, and Business Support Services. We are home to many diverse and dynamic teams, all working towards a common goal of delivering the best business services possible, to maximise the impact our people can make across the firm. CBS is part of wider Deloitte Enabling Functions (who support with marketing, PR, HR, IT and other support services for the wider business). In CBS alone we have more than 2000 colleagues located in the UK, and our offshore delivery centres.
It’s an exciting time for the business as we transform how we work with technology, including adopting automation, digitisation and AI. You’ll get the chance to do this within a culture of support, where we put learning & development at the heart of what we do.
As part of Central Business Services, you’ll work in an ever-evolving sector, engaging with lots of different business areas within Deloitte.
