Job Summary

Job Description

• Assist the IT Manager with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Serve as a secondary contact for PC hardware and software issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of technology assets, ensuring equipment is ordered and available.
• Handle disaster recovery and business continuity related to technology.
• Identify and resolve performance issues with our systems.
• Ensure all technology assets are secure and well-maintained following Mama Shelter standards.
• Oversee data communication and manage telecommunications equipment.
• Support mobile phone issues and troubleshoot high-speed Internet problems.
• Provide desktop support, including imaging desktops, installing software, and migrating data.
• Maintain IT inventory and logs of hardware and service calls.
• Document and archive all IT correspondence and troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications

• You have strong knowledge in LAN, security, wireless, IP telephony, and hospitality software.
