Social Media Executive (Arabic Speaker - Female)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Executive, who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, analysing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance brand presence and drive business objectives through social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Pay: AED8.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive, who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, analysing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance brand presence and drive business objectives through social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant discussions, and opportunities for engagement or content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly, and foster a positive community experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate new strategies and features into our social media approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing tools is a plus.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
Pay: AED8.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Social Media Officer/Executive: 3 years (Required)
