RESPONSIBILITIES:
Site Manager with yard & fabrication experience
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client.
Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project & production).
Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
Ensure required materials are scheduled and purchased.
Responsible for production & project material issues and control
Ensures all additional works, out with the scope of the original contract
Plan the yard work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Monitor work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Delivering projects on time within budget and scope.
Monitors all elements of work execution and productivity to maximise project efficiencies to achieving required man – hour and procurement budgets
Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
Prepare reports as required
Establishing and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES
Good command over the English language.
Good communication skills.
Ability to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports a get certification from clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -
Mechanical Engineering Degree. (BE/B Tech)
10-15 years’ experience of site & yard management.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
