Signage Production Coordinator
The Signage Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of signage production from initial design to final installation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the production process for signage projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and workflow management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes related to their signage projects.
- Collaborate with designers, production staff, and external vendors to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any delays or issues that arise.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve production samples and final products to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and change orders.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed as needed.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and any potential issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in project management, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in production coordination, project management, or a similar role within the signage or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of signage production processes, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
