Project Co-ordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing sign projects from inception through completion. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of signage solutions that meet client specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of sign projects, including design, production, and installation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring that designs and solutions meet their expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for material procurement and services.
- Facilitate meetings and communications between all project stakeholders.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Review and approve design proofs, production plans, and installation layouts.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and inspect sign production and installation processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and address any discrepancies or defects promptly.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify potential issues or risks related to project timelines, budgets, or resources.
- Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and address project challenges.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project.
- Gather client feedback and make recommendations for improvements based on their input.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
