Customer Service:
Job Summary:
The Service Crew must make sure an exceptional customer service in a restaurant or food service setting. This position involves interacting with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

The Service Crew must make sure an exceptional customer service in a restaurant or food service setting. This position involves interacting with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with menu selection.
- Accurately take and input customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Communicate orders effectively to kitchen staff and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and offer additional items.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Set up and clear tables promptly and efficiently.
- Present bills to customers and process payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods according to restaurant policies.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure that food safety practices are adhered to throughout service.
- Listen to and address customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Report significant issues to management for resolution.
- Help monitor stock levels of supplies and report needs to supervisors.
- Participate in inventory checks as required.
- Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and service procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
