Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary :
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Supervise and train staffs.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff
- Ensure exceptional service standards are met at all times.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all diners.
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor service flow and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist in inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers regarding inventory needs.
- Help manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting of daily sales.
- Assist in controlling labor and operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
