Salesperson
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Bakery Ras Al Khaima. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections. Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our bakery products, including ingredients, prices, and promotions. Offer recommendations and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and displays as needed.
- Promotions and Sales: Actively promote current sales, specials, and loyalty programs to customers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
