Brainy n Bright is seeking dynamic Sales/Business Development Executives to join our team. We are a leading STEM education center, and we are looking for passionate individuals who can drive growth and expand our reach in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Seek out new leads and prospects through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Listen to customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to recommend suitable courses.
- Showcase the benefits and features of products or services to potential customers, providing clear and persuasive presentations.
- Discuss pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the education or STEM sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a passion for sales and education.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and the education industry is a strong advantage.
