Job Description:

• Quotation (quoting clients on whatsapp, email)
• Process reservations by email & Whatsapp.
• Knows the rates, and communicates with the supplier for updated rates.
• Makes sure that bookings are kept up to date with the given workflow
• To be up-to-date with current information and data of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion, spa and health club, and other services and facilities.
• Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring all guest requests are carried out, all realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honored.
• Analyze, check, and compare the rates to other suppliers and competitors.
• Book tours, excursions, hotels bookings, transfers for all types of clients
• Expand hotel contracts
• Play an important role in sales & commercial. To be able to bring new clients to the business along improve sale of existing clients (B2B & B2C)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• DMC: 1 year (Preferred)
