Sales Representative/Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
  • Order Handling: Receive and process orders via phone, social media, and online platforms accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and swiftly resolve issues.
  • Order Tracking: Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with logistics teams.
  • Follow-up: Proactively communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on delivery status.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns and discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking abilities preferred.
Note:
Preference will be given to those Living close by areas to Al Mujarrah, Sharjah.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
