Sales Representative/Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
Preference will be given to those Living close by areas to Al Mujarrah, Sharjah.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
Expected Start Date: 10/09/2024
- Order Handling: Receive and process orders via phone, social media, and online platforms accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and swiftly resolve issues.
- Order Tracking: Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with logistics teams.
- Follow-up: Proactively communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on delivery status.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns and discrepancies.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking abilities preferred.
