Sales Representative - Crushers

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative at Al Barrak Crushers will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of crushed stone and aggregate products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Present and promote Al Barrak Crushers' products to prospective customers, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, aggregate, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry-specific challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
