- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Service Promotion: Effectively promote the company's typing and translation services, highlighting features and benefits to potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including translators and typists, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets, providing regular reports to management.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on services and relay this information to management to support continuous improvement.
- Payment Follow-up: Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely collection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
