Main Responsibilities of a National Sales Manager
· Drive sales and achieve commercial budget and sales targets.
· Identifying and acquiring new customers in GULF region, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
· Building strong relationships with key accounts.
· Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
· Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
· Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
· Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Key Requirements
· diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
· strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
· Previous experience in GULF region
· with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
· Possessing good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.
· a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
