Job Title: Sales Lady for Boutique and Tailor Shop

Job Overview:
Benzert Kurtis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Lady to join our boutique and tailor shop. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sales, manage daily operations, Tailoring and assist in creating promotional content for our product line, specifically Kurtis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers, assist in product selection, and provide excellent customer service.
• Cash Handling & Billing: Manage cash transactions, process payments (including Cash on Delivery), and issue receipts.
• Order Management: Coordinate and process customer orders efficiently, including tailored Kurtis.
• Video Creation: Create engaging videos showcasing Kurtis to promote on social media and other platforms.
• Tailoring Support: Understand customer requirements and assist with tailoring orders when needed.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels and ensure the store is well-organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of tailoring and fashion.
• Ability to handle billing and cash transactions.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Familiar with social media and video creation for product promotion.
