Location: Burjman, Dubai
Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify all supporting documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
• Communicate with relevant authorities and embassy/consulate personnel on behalf of clients.
• Keep abreast of changes in visa policies and regulations to provide up-to-date information to clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Law) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
