Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2) Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3) Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Customer Relationship Management:
1) Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2) Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
3) Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Market Research and Analysis:
1) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
2) Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
3) Provide feedback on market insights to improve sales strategies.
Sales Presentations:
1) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
2) Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
3) Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials.
Reporting and Analysis:
1) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
2) Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
3) Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1) Any of Bachelor's degree.
2) Microsoft knowledge.
3) Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4) Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6) UAE Driving license. (Compulsory)
