Sales Coordinator-Solar Industry

We are one of the leading distributors of top-tier solar panels in the UAE. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for order management, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication and deliveries in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. Follow up with clients on pending proposals and handle customer inquiries.
  • Order Management:
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. Track and report on sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and providing updates on orders and after-sales support.Liaise with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing. Assist with administrative tasks and data management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Internal Coordination:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, CRM, and presentation software.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
