Job Title: Sales Order Processing Coordinator
Reporting to: Manager- Sales order processing
Job Summary:
Ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment. Coordinating order entry, monitoring order status, resolving order issues, and communicating issues to the Manager- Sales order processing and customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry and Processing:
- Receive and review customer job orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
- Enter orders into the company's order management system accurately and promptly.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping information before processing orders.
Order Tracking and Monitoring:
- Monitor order status and progress throughout the order fulfillment process, from entry to shipment.
- Coordinate with warehouse,production and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Update order status in the system and provide regular updates to customers on order progress.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipment tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Address customer concerns or issues related to orders, such as pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or product returns.
Order Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, including order details, correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
