Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of the sales process. This includes maintaining client relationships, processing orders, preparing sales documents, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

This includes maintaining client relationships, processing orders, preparing sales documents, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating sales proposals, and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities.
- Manage and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
