The Sales Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, primarily focusing on managing the owner's calendar, email, and Whats App communications. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

The Sales Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, primarily focusing on managing the owner's calendar, email, and Whats App communications. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
- Manage the owner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Email and Whats App Management:
- Screen and respond to incoming emails and Whats App messages on behalf of the owner.
- Prioritize and route messages to the owner as necessary.
- Draft and send responses to routine inquiries and requests.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales proposals, updating customer records, and tracking sales performance.
- Provide general support for sales meetings and presentations.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter sales data into CRM or other relevant systems.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses as needed
