We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help drive growth and expand our client base in Dubai and beyond.
Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and actively follow up with potential clients to drive conversions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with companies, entrepreneurs, and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Lemar LLC’s wide range of corporate services across multiple channels.
• Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by developing and nurturing a strong client pipeline and closing deals with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to better position our services.
• Brand Representation: Act as a representative of Lemar LLC at networking events, business meetings, and client engagements.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our business formation, IT, branding, and AI solutions teams to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within consultancy or corporate services.
• Valid UAE driver's license (required).
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, especially in business formation and corporate services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals effectively.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO, is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software tools.
