Levantine Dental Clinic is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to help expand our patient base. This role involves creating and nurturing partnerships with companies, banks, educational institutions, and other organizations to drive patient referrals to our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify potential partners, such as companies, banks, and educational institutions, and approach them with proposals for patient referral programs and special offers.
• Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies aimed at attracting new patients through corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with key contacts at partner organizations to encourage ongoing collaboration.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets and opportunities for partnership that align with the clinic’s services.
• Negotiation: Assist in negotiating terms with partners to create win-win agreements that promote patient referrals.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives and partnerships, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on B2B relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
