Restaurant Hostess (Female)
Job Description: The Restaurant Hostess' primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Can communicate effectively with guests in English, and Turkish or Arabic is a plus to handle inquiries, take reservations, and address special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
- Assist with special events and large parties as required.
- Can communicate well in English and Arabic or Turkish is plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- With a pleasing personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
