Receptionist cum Admin Assistant - Female
Extol International is a small Trading company located in Ajman Free Zone is currently and urgently looking for a Female Admin Assistant who has the below qualifications;
1. Basic communication skill.
2. Computer literate (especially Microsoft Office).
3. Basic knowledge on letter writing.
Work scope will include but not limited to below;
- Greet and entertain visitors (including serving coffee, tea, etc).
- Visa processing of employees, non trade purchase and office filing.
- Renewals of license, vehicle registrations and other renewals.
- Monitoring of schedules and due dates as per requirements.
- Other as per Management requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
1. Basic communication skill.
