Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide guidance and support throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Property Listings: Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct property viewings and meetings with clients.
• Negotiations: Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients.
• Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and lease agreements.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Licensing: Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

Skills:

• Excellent communication Arabic& English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using real estate software and technology.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
