REAL ESTATE BROKER
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. As a key member you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to real estate agents, administrative staff, and other team members.
- Oversee client transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Assist agents in negotiating deals and resolving conflicts with clients and other parties.
- Develop marketing plans and initiatives to promote properties and attract clients.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Manage budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the brokerage.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, agents, lenders, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or relevant leadership experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
