Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Ajman and its surrounding areas, and be adept at both traditional sales techniques and door-to-door sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell real estate properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide clients with expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and property values in Ajman.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent knowledge of Ajman and its real estate market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
