Quantity Surveyor
- Preparing Budgetary cost advice for all work elements of the project.
- Preparing bid summaries for review and approval (Sub Contract & Suppliers).
- Preparing letter of intent.
- Preparing draft cost/time impacts and claims.
- Interim valuations and variation log.
- Monitoring project requisitions and cost.
- Preparing sub-contract agreements.
- Sub-contractor interim payments.
- Preparation of cash flow and monthly updates.
- Assist in the preparation of contractual correspondence in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Monthly cost value analysis / reconciliation.
- Project final account/Sub Contractors and Suppliers Final Accounts.
- Quantity take-off & estimation
- Subcontract management & negotiation
- Preparation of Subcontractors payments.
- Knowledge of building and construction in planning and costing
- Experience in preparing estimates and costs of the work, and when the project is in progress, keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect
- Experience in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Knowledge of building and construction in planning and costing
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Quantity Surveyor: 10 years (Preferred)
