We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
- With MINIMUM of 10 years experience.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for joinery projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budgets.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements to determine the amount of materials required for projects.
- Assist in the tendering process by preparing and evaluating tender documents, analyzing bids, and making recommendations.
- Administer contracts, including preparing and reviewing contract documents, negotiating terms, and managing variations.
- Generate and analyze cost reports, providing regular updates to project stakeholders on financial performance.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle claims and disputes related to project costs, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
