We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. *Job Summary:* We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist our project managers in coordinating projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. *Responsibilities:* - Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects - Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records - Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients - Manage project schedules, timelines, and deadlines - Communicate project updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate project risks - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures *Requirements:* - 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Office and project management software - Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry - Professional development and growth opportunities
