We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and sales.
- Report on sales activities and market conditions to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
This position offers a commission-based salary plan. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance, providing unlimited earning potential based on your achievements.
