Multilingual Tele Marketing Personnel

Call prospects with provided leads, using a friendly yet persuasive style.
Effectively communicate in Hindi, Malayalam, English to build rapport and present our services.
Schedule client meetings, highlighting value propositions.
Convert leads to sales through negotiation and closing techniques.
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and sales on Zoho.
Prepare marketing tools as required.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead optimization.
Stay updated on our offerings and industry trends.
Add more value and ideas to enhance the client base.
Provide prompt, professional customer service.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam. Any additional language is a plus.
· Tele marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
· Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer and CRM software familiarity.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
· Organized for effective appointment management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
Experience:
  • telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
