Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their financial situation, goals, and needs.
- Provide expert advice on different mortgage options and products.
- Explain complex mortgage concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist clients with the completion of mortgage applications and required documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of application materials.
- Submit applications to lenders and follow up on their status.
- Analyze clients' credit history, income, and other financial factors to determine mortgage eligibility.
- Calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms based on clients' financial profiles.
- Stay updated on current mortgage rates, market trends, and changes in lending regulations.
- Research and recommend appropriate lenders and mortgage products based on clients' needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all mortgage transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with real estate agents, loan processors, and underwriters to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with lenders to obtain approval and funding for mortgage applications.
- Promote mortgage products and services through various marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential clients and referral sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Consultant, Advisor, Loan Officer, or in a related financial role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Salary plus commission structure

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
