Job Description:
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Female Merchandiser to ensure our perfumes are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Female Merchandiser to ensure our perfumes are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and maintain perfume displays to optimize customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising plans to meet sales targets.
- Ensure product pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising and make necessary improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest new merchandising ideas.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Merchandising: 3 years (Required)
- English (Preferred)
