- Product Knowledge: Staying informed about various types of marble and granite, including their characteristics, applications, and pricing.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Quoting and Pricing: Preparing quotes based on customer specifications and providing information about pricing, discounts, and financing options.
- Showroom Management: Maintaining an organized and appealing showroom display to highlight different stone products.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating relationships with builders, architects, designers, and contractors to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Coordination: Coordinating with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Market Research: Keeping up with market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
- Customer Support: Assisting customers throughout the buying process, from selection to installation, and addressing any post-sale concerns.
