We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP and Maintenance/Operation Supervisor to oversee and manage MEP systems and maintenance operations for our various projects.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage maintenance teams and ensure efficient operation of facilities. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining systems and coordinating with both internal teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnose system issues, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system performance, completed projects, and maintenance schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in MEP systems management and maintenance supervision.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Experience in overseeing complex maintenance operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
