Listing Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transactions for our clients and supporting our real estate agents in listing management.( only Arabic speaker )
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the listing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Schedule photography sessions, virtual tours, and open houses
- Communicate effectively with clients, and Agents.
- Assist in preparing property descriptions
- Monitor and update listing statuses and deadlines
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintaining Data and updated information of properties
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, MLS software, and other real estate platforms
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
