Landscape Architect
We're seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will perform landscape architectural design review functions, including construction of landscape and irrigation, planting, gardening, and conceptual design work. Candidate will review documents at various phases for design intent, materials usage, and compliance with specifications on site. The role also involves prioritizing projects, maintaining accurate progress records, and preparing project estimates in collaboration with the operations team. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field and proven experience in Landscape Architect. They will enhance standards of developed landscape design graphics (diagrams, Photoshop, and Lumion renders) across projects and document the same for wider team use. They will design and develop proposals and applications for compliance with appropriate regulations and policies, check plans to determine if they qualify for zone clearances, and review developed graphics for in-house documents. They will also provide information pertinent to the development of the General Plan, recommend and develop policies and procedures for future zoning, environmental, and other issues that impact the project's growth and expansion, and identify, track, manage, and resolve architectural project issues. Excellent communication and project management skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Skills:
Candidates should have experience in a Landscaping Company in the UAE or the Gulf region. Full knowledge in 2D & 3D modelling, Studio max, Photo Shop and Sketch up Auto CAD, Revit, Lumion and Microsoft Office is a must, fluent English Speaker and Good Communication Skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
